GIBSON-SG-1966-cherry red finish

MAKE: Gibson
MODEL: SG Standard
VINTAGE: 1966
FINISH: cherry red finish
DETAILS: maestro tail piece
USE: "Elevation", Elevation, Elevation!. I am not 100% certian it was used on the studio version but it has been used for all live versions of "Elevation" during both the 2001 "Elevation tour" and the 2005 "Vertigo tour". Legend has it that it was purchased in Kentucky for quite a price! (rumoured at between $500.00 and $6500.00). It's an amazing sounding guitar and I am only surprised that he's not incorporated its' used for other songs - time will tell!

The Edge plays "Elevation" on his 1966 Gibson SG. 12-05-05- @Boston, MA.
